Logistics & Shipping Charges
Pickup/Receipt:
Once your return or exchange is validated, our team will receive the parcel within 3 working days.
Deduction of Charges: Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These shipping charges will be deducted from the original amount before the refund is issued.
Condition of Items
For a return or exchange to be approved:
Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Our team will inspect the item upon receipt before any digital refund or exchange is finalized.
